- 2.8m wide x 6m deep x 2.5m high = 42m³
- All have concrete floors and easy glide roller doors.
- Present and past unit occupants have not reported any dampness issues. (Although if there was any doubt use of ‘Damp Rid’ or similar is recommended) * You provide and place your own lock and retain the keys.
- Minimum 1 month Storage.

- Prospect of half size containers currently under investigation.
- Parking your own container by negotiation.
- We are able to organise a container for you, at your prepaid cost.

Pricing Notes:
- Rent payable 4 weeks in advance.
- Minimum term 4 weeks
- Bond of 4 weeks is required. Refundable given no arrears, damage or rubbish
- Prices are subject to change, but 4 weeks notice will be given.
- Prices are GST inclusive.
- Insurance is currently your care, although we are investigating a referral.
- Quality Padlocks with 2 keys are available @ $50
